NGO "Women's Information and Counseling Center" conducted the first selection for the Olena Semikolenova Scholarship for Ukrainian researchers for short-term training or research, other initiatives that will promote the implementation of the principle of gender equality in Ukrainian society.

We are pleased to announce that the first winner in 2015 was Milena Goryachkovska with the initiative to conduct a study of the electoral system at the time of gender quota - "Electoral systems: the search for equal opportunities."
